In 2020, global travel ground to a halt, my adventures were put on hold and the world shrunk to the size of an Instagram feed. Scrolling through the places I should have been, I noticed a fascinating pattern that we all take the exact same photos. This project explores that visual repetition through animation and one clear focal point. If we can’t travel physically, can we recreate the experience virtually?
